Shipping Information:

Most orders ship within 24-72 business hours. Except for Google orders for security reasons we only ship to the Billing Address. Due to volume of orders we can not guarantee an order will be cancelled before it is shipped. We can not guarantee special shipping instructions. Each order includes a $3 handling fee. We do not ship P.O. Box. Discount Freight for orders with subtotal greater than $850 may be subject to change, please contact sandecell@charter.net to verify shipping price.  Local pickup is not available.  We ship US only. We charge sales tax to Missouri, Massachusetts, Tennessee and California residents only.

Return Policy

If an item is New, Factory Sealed and has a Manufacturer's Warranty, you must go through the manufacturer for any problems or returns that has exceeded or does not meet Sandecell Warranty Information quidelines.  No exceptions. Products can not be returned for reasons other than defectiveness. Due to volume of orders we can not guarantee an order will be cancelled before it is shipped. All cancellations are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges of returned units. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Items that are sold are guaranteed against DOA (Dead-on-Arrival).  If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the product.  Otherwise, the DOA guarantee expires.  All returns require a RMA number and return instructions. Returns can not be processed without this information. Thank you for your business.

Sandecell Warranty Information

All products, except for CPU, memory, refurbished products, and non-refundable items are warranted for replacement or refund for 30 days from the invoice date. CPU, memory, and refurbished products are warranted only for replacement or refund for 14 days from the invoice date. 20% restocking fee applies to all returns for refund.

Some items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for the exact same item in case of product defect. These products will have a “not refundable” message on the item detail page.

Due to manufacturer policies, all packaged items with plastic clamshells, shrink wrap, special seals, or other types of packaging that sustains damage when opened are NON-RETURNABLE if the packaging has been OPENED or TAMPERED. 20% restocking fee applies to all returns for refund.

Refund for CPU is based on current market price, and 20% restocking fee will be applied after the adjustment.

Please note that any physical damage to any product will VOID the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. Sandecell.com will not honor warranty if CPU's pins are bent as well as if casing is either cracked, chipped, burnt or have sustained any type of physical damage. We highly recommend carefully reading the manufacturer's instructions before installing your product.

After the 30 days (14 days for CPU and memory) return period, defective parts may be returned to Sandecell.com for repair according to the following warranty period:

Providing SandeCell with your contact information (phone, email, fax number, payment information, and mailing address) authorizes SandeCell to contact you through mailings, email, fax and phone if necessary.
